Libby is the most outgoing of the three puppies in the Freedom Litter, perhaps because she outweighed her two brothers for the first three weeks. She also opened her eyes three days earlier than they did, so had a running head start. Libby lets her brothers know what the rules are. She loves to give kisses. Libby has her mother, Charm's, extremely dark brown eyes that nobody can resist. She likes to play with her father, Stormy when her brothers get too rough.
